day 1 — how agexa launches brands

interactive workbook. saves locally in your browser. export to markdown when done.

deliverables i’ll make (if you do the manual process)
these are blurred “examples”. pick goal/stage/fit and the list re-ranks. click one for the shadowbox preview + where to fill the workbook.
BOD / EOD process (caleb)
ok, what time on your calendar between 9–5pm is free all 5 days? “everyday at 9am is when you’re in office?” once yes → schedule + invite [email protected].
this opens a google calendar create link (you still click save).
when you’ve scheduled it:
eventually: jarvis does this 100% once gcal oauth is connected.
whatsapp update (josiah) + voice note (elevenlabs)
generates a short update from today’s goal + filled fields, then creates an mp3 voice note. keys: set ELEVENLABS_API_KEY and ELEVENLABS_VOICE_ID in /p/integrations (or via 1Password env item).

1) objective

one sentence: what are we building + what changes if we win?

2) timing (why now?)

market shift + the “enemy” you’re fighting (what changed recently).

3) vision + philosophy

the “why” that makes the brand feel inevitable (without being cringe).

4) why you

authority stack without “guru theater”.

5) nre gtm

your “newreach” gtm one-pager: flow + constraint + first test.

6) market: problems, desires, motivations, fears

get customer voice first. no “made up” pains.

7) product: optimize time-to-value

promise → mechanism → 4 components (what drives time-to-value).

8) channel: paid acquisition → organic channels

pick the control channel first. everything else is “later”.

9) model: vsl → call funnel

flow + KPIs + yes-paths. keep it simple.

10) launch timeline + ops

what ships this week + who owns it.

11) important team members / org chart

clarity prevents bottlenecks + meetings that do nothing.

12) reporting + kpis

no dashboard = latency = death.

13) p/l visibility

you can’t scale what you won’t look at.

14) agreement points (core values)

how you work together (or it breaks later).

15) profitability + financial projections

basic math beats vibes. keep assumptions explicit.

notes
this page intentionally removes the “contrarian reframe” joke slides and any incomplete examples. if you want the raw deck mirrored 1:1, we can add a “verbatim appendix” section behind a toggle.
