Malli — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-07

Malli is an internal tool for themalli.ai accounts. When you connect Google, Malli may access Google data only for the scopes you approve during OAuth.

• Data accessed: Gmail and/or Calendar data depending on scopes (for example https://mail.google.com/ and calendar.readonly).
• How it’s used: to power internal workflows like viewing email, organizing, and calendar visibility.
• Storage: OAuth refresh tokens are stored on the server running Malli/Jarvis. Email content is processed to perform the requested features.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. Data is used internally for the connected account.
• Revocation: you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
