Nick — Ad Copy Archive (as logged by Jarvis)

Source: Nick’s conversation history + the “Ad copy” web-gate submissions (which append into the same log). This is meant to be forwarded to the copy team without digging through chats.

4 gate submissions found
Gate submissions were placeholders (just “.”)
+ 2 ad drafts found in screenshots

1) Ad copy submitted via the gate page

These are the messages that started with “Ad copy:” and were accepted by the web unlock flow. In this time window Nick used “.” (dot) as a placeholder to unlock, so there isn’t usable ad text here.

2) Ad draft found in screenshot (not from the gate log)

This was captured from a screenshot of Nick’s Messages window. It may be a draft that wasn’t sent as a normal message, so it doesn’t show up in the conversation log. It’s included here for the copy team.

So why do we need to arm you in the first place?

“The market stopped waiting.”

Right now there are investors — in this room —
with experience, good instincts, and crazy work ethic...
who are quietly losing ground. Not because you stopped caring. Not because you got lazy. You're losing because you're moving at
the same speed you always have. And the market stopped waiting.

“What's the greatest asset in my business?”

If you asked me today, "Pace, what is the greatest asset in your business?" — it's not my RV parks, my multifamily properties, or my
lending and cleaning businesses.

It's not a what. It's a who.

Molly is the single best operator I have ever met. She is the backbone of my entire real estate…

How did we make $22M top line this weekend?

Was it:
a) NewReach from old money?
b) New money from old OC members BEGGING to renew early?

The answer might surprise you… it has nothing to do with Pace, Jocko, Barbara, etc.

3) Ad-relevant outputs inside Nick’s thread (useful for the copy team)

These blocks were produced in the Nick thread during the same period. They’re not “submitted ad copy,” but they are the actionable hooks/testing rules that showed up around the gate work.

hook set
AD COPY IDEAS (Se / sensory-experience based):

1) Hook: “If she loves EXPERIENCES more than explanations… she’s not Ne.”
Headline: “Se tells in 30 seconds”
   CTA: “Ask this 1 question”

2) Hook: “Stop typing her by vibes. Type her by what she DOES under stress.”
   Headline: “Fi–Se vs Fi–Ne”
   CTA: “Watch the stress tell”

3) Hook: “Se people don’t ‘talk it out’ first. They MOVE first.”
Headline: “The ‘do it + iterate’ personality”
CTA: “If you know, you know”

4) Hook: “If she shows love by DOING (not texting paragraphs)…”
   Headline: “ISFP-coded”
CTA: “Here’s how to speak her language”

5) Hook: “The most accurate personality test isn’t a quiz. It’s a moment.”
Headline: “What’s she choose: 10 futures or 1 action?”
CTA: “Comment ‘Se’ and I’ll send the checklist”

testing loop
Simple 5-hook test (clean):
- Same offer + same audience + same landing page
- Launch 5 ads (1 hook each) inside 1 campaign
- Equal budget per ad for 48–72h
- Kill bottom 2–3 on: thumbstop/3-sec view + CTR + CPC
- Take top 2 and iterate (new first 2s + headline + proof) for days 4–7
- Keep ~20% budget for 1–2 new hooks so you don’t plateau

Note: use CTR as the first filter, but double-down based on downstream
(LPV→ATC→Purchase / booked calls), not CTR alone.
