How to read this. Jun subscription revenue is $0 in NetSuite — do not use the old ~$6k estimate for run-rate. Jul is the closed sub month: $9,017.63. July net income is lifted by a $2,500 accounting credit (7110). Strip that credit and July cash-ish cost is merchant + financing + interest ≈ $316, so normalized July contribution is $8,701.73, not $11.2k.

June ($1,017) was already inside the QB lifetime. Only July is added. NI “now” strips the $2,500 credit. TTM “was” did not tie to QB Total Income ($85,307 Jul ’25–Jun ’26). Cash/assets stay the June balance sheet.
