Speaker OS

Boulder, CO · Aug 27–29, 2026 · Main stage day: Friday Aug 28 · Agexa HQ. One page, four sections, in order. Questions → Speakers WhatsApp (invite from Nick). Don't email logistics. No internal run-of-show — that's ops-only.

01 · Before you arrive

Prep. Then teach.

  1. Send to Nick (WhatsApp), by Thursday noon: logo (banner), headshot, session title, and any affiliate/signup link you want the room to get.
  2. Slides optional — a teach is required. Format that works: the lesson + the pitfall — what you did, and what people at that stage get wrong.
  3. Room allergy: four attendees independently wrote "pitch fest" as their #1 mastermind failure mode. Sell by teaching. Offer goes in the resource drop, not the stage.
  4. Timing: setup completes Thursday; full venue walkthrough Friday 7:00 AM. Doors after. Tech check = walkthrough time.
  5. Rooms: main room (curtain-split: cocktail / stage), VIP side room, podcast studio — bookable between blocks.
02 · Your session

Operator-level. One number. One action.

  1. Keep it operator-level. Median attendee runs a real P&L; several run 8 figures. No motivation blocks.
  2. End with one number and one action the room can move this quarter.
  3. Sessions are recorded. Deck/links/tools → same-day resource drop. Hand links to Nick before you leave the stage.
  4. Hot seats beat monologues. If you can run material as a working session on a live attendee problem, do that — §03 names the problems.
03 · The room — 39 operators

Qualified for you.

Composition: 11 paid-media/agency · 9 info/coaching · 5 sales-team builders · 4 ops/systems/recruiting · 3 RE education · outliers (medical equipment, 1,490-member trading community, CPG raising).
