Nick Toolbox

One place to track the tools/resources Nick keeps handing us, what’s wired, and the fastest path to “usable output on command.” No secrets shown on this page.
Goal: faster ingest → standard outputs
Default outputs: 1-sheet, ledger, checklist, briefing
Rule: don’t paste secrets in chat

Google Docs / Sheets ingestion (KB intake)

missing
Nick drops Google Docs/Sheets links and expects “ingest + restructure.” Right now, Docs UI often blocks clean pulls.
  • What’s missing: Drive API / export pipeline (doc→text, sheet→CSV), plus a “save to KB” store.
  • What it enables: instant 1-sheet summaries, deduped dashboards, “ledger for sales.”
  • Activation path: Google OAuth + Drive scopes, then a single /api/ingest/google endpoint.
Fast v1: accept a share link → server fetches export (if permitted) → saves into agent_data/kb/ + returns a /p/ page.

WhiteBridge (background checks / profiles)

partial
Nick uses WhiteBridge constantly (search.whitebridge.ai) and wants it operationalized into a standard profile output.
  • What’s wired: we can reference links + use it manually; we have a process expectation.
  • What’s missing: first-class connector + safe storage + standard “profile run” formatter.
  • Next move: build whitebridge_tools.py + “profile switcher” output template.

CrystalKnows (personality profiles)

missing
Nick’s rule: CrystalKnows first, WhiteBridge fallback.
  • Missing: connector + unified profile output.
  • Path: store token, call Crystal profile library add, cache results.

Slack (install + health check)

partial
Recurring friction: wrong tokens, missing scopes, not_in_channel, private channel rules.
  • Missing: a single “Slack diagnostics” page that runs auth.test + scope checks.
  • Output: “green check / red X” plus exact click path to fix.

Read.ai calendar autopilot

partial
Nick’s booking links + laddering rules exist; we should make it automatic in replies.
  • What’s wired: canonical links captured.
  • Missing: auto-trigger on “calendar?” + correct duration selection.

1Password access chain (secure credential handling)

partial
Nick repeatedly points to 1Password for creds (Namecheap, WhiteBridge, Close, etc).
  • What’s wired: secrets store + integrations page exists.
  • What’s missing: a clean “op→secrets-store” ingestion workflow (no chat pasting).
  • Goal: paste a 1Password share link into a secure page → Jarvis stores key/value safely.

Whop API + affiliate tooling

partial
Nick wants: marketplace matching, Whop Live validation, affiliate recruiting lists, daily deltas.
  • What’s missing: first-class Whop connector + webhook ingest + daily report outputs.
  • Fast v1: “top affiliates + recruit targets + DM drafts” daily to Slack.

Delphi benchmarker (“decision diamond” fallback)

missing
Nick wants benchmarking across methods (speed+accuracy) and automatic fallback selection.
  • Missing: scoring harness + routed selection logic per task type.
  • Output: per-task “why this model” + tracked win-rate.

Attachment rescue (iCloud / pluginPayload attachments)

partial
When attachments aren’t fetchable, we need a deterministic fallback: “share link → fetch → store.”
  • What’s wired: URL-upload PDF flow exists (good pattern to reuse).
  • Missing: generalized “upload-from-url for anything” + auto-detect share providers.

Build order (recommended)

plan
If we want maximum “Nick utility per day,” build in this order:
  1. Google ingest (Doc/Sheet → stored → /p/ output page)
  2. Slack diagnostics wizard (green checks, scopes, not_in_channel fixes)
  3. WhiteBridge + Crystal “profile switcher” (standard 1-sheet output)
  4. Whop connector (affiliate targets + daily deltas)
  5. Attachment rescue generalization (share link → fetch → store)
  6. Delphi benchmarker (decision diamond)
This page is intentionally “no secrets.” Use /p/integrations to store keys.
Tip: if a tool is “partial/missing,” the fastest unlock is usually a single token + a standardized output template.
